Werribee Park Mansion and the Picnic at hanging rock will once again be a great place for Chef Peter little and his team at lush desserts to show case the use of his made for retail and food service desserts crèmes, preparing on the day classics such as Lemon meringue pie, Chocolate pots topped with Belgian chocolate filigrees and new season Yarra Valley strawberries and vanilla bean crème tarts.
